¿For what purpose do we treat your personal data?

In LURESA RESINAS, S.L. (hereinafter, LURESA) we treat the information provided by the interested person in order to respond to your requests.

In compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data, we inform the users of the Website www.luresaresinas.com that the information provided through our website through the forms and/or e-mails received, and which are considered as personal data, will be incorporated into our information systems, in order to manage the requested service, answer your queries and/or process your petition.

The users guarantee and respond, in any case, of the veracity, accuracy, validity, authenticity, relevance and non-excessiveness of the Personal Data provided, and undertake to keep them duly updated.

The person in charge of the file has adopted the security levels of protection of the Personal Data legally required, and has installed all the means and technical measures available according to the state of technology to avoid loss, misuse, alteration, unauthorized access and Theft of the Personal Data provided, in order to ensure your privacy.

Any person will have the right to ask LURESA to delete the personal data that concerns him when, among other reasons, the data is no longer necessary for the purposes that were collected.

Portability Rights:

The interested person shall have the right to have the personal data transmitted directly from LURESA to another person in charge when technically possible.

Right to Limitation of Treatment:

In certain circumstances, the interested parts may request the limitation of the processing of their data, in which case we will only keep them for the exercise or defence of claims.

Opposition Rights:

The interested part shall have the right to object at any time, for reasons related to his/her particular situation, to the fact that personal data concerning him/her are subject to processing.

The interested part may exercise its rights by sending a written request, with the reference "Data Protection", attaching a copy of its ID or identification document equivalent to:

­    - LURESA to the address, previously detailed, of the Treatment Manager, or

    ­- The email account detailed above in the Manager Contact

Right to withdraw the consent given:

The interested part may at any time revoke the consent given for the processing of their data by a letter writted to LURESA to the address, previously detailed of the Person in Charge of the Treatment, or to the electronic mail previously detailed in the Manager Contact, with the reference Protection of Data, attaching a copy of your ID or equivalent identification document, without this revocation of consent affecting the treatment based on the consent previous to its withdrawal.

Right to claim to the Control Authority:

In any case, the interested part may, if he/she understands that his rights have been violated, file a claim with the Spanish Agency for Data Protection, domiciled at street Jorge Juan 6, 28001 of Madrid, telephone 901 100 099, and website www.agpd.es

Origin of the Data:

All the data of the interested part treated by LURESA have been freely informed by the interested part.

In case that personal information is included in the application, by persons who do not own it, the user must, previously to its inclusion, inform to the indicated persons of the points contained in the preceding paragraphs. LURESA disclaims any responsibility for the breach of this requirement.
