TAKE OVER

Last March 19th, 2013 LURESA RESINAS, S.L. acquired to La Union Resinera Española, S.A., through the purchase of all of its assets, the branch of business of this company dedicated to the elaboration of natural resins (Rosin and its derivatives). The sale was a transmission of industrial activity, so that the new company has kept the facilities, the team and up to the acronym of the La Unión Resinera Española, S.A.

LURESA RESINAS, S.L. is part of the brazilian group RESINAS BRASIL, consortium leader in the sector of the resin in Brazil, the country that currently holds the second position worldwide in production of rosin. Therefore, LURESA RESINAS, S.L. began his new career firmly in the hands of a large group and with the certainty of providing its clients a degree of satisfaction equal to or superior to the one offered to date.

ENVIRONMENTAL AUTHORIZATION AND INTEGRAL MANAGEMENT

On the occasion of the sale, LURESA resins, S.L. has managed the change in ownership of the environmental authorization and its integrated management system, getting the renewal until 2016 of the certifications ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 14001:2004, which is credited to the new society has implemented a system of quality and environmental management, respectively.

In terms of research, development and innovation, LURESA resins, S.L. continues working closely with customers of greater significance in the development of resins adjusted to your needs and applications, while that maintains a constant activity in the development of new formulations and the improvement of facilities and production processes, in collaboration with universities, laboratories and technology centers.
